Whether IMS imports direct from these manufacturers, as is the case with GL Flow, AFRISO-EUROGAUGE, pHOENIX Instrumentation , KDG-Houdec, and Watson-Smith, or from local distributors of the other products that it supplies, IMS will honour all manufacturers warranties in the letter and spirit in which they are given. In many instances IMS has taken upon itself to extend manufacturer’s warranties, at the request of a customer, to suit that particular customer’s unique requirements.
